These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deadzone Roleplay. By creating an account, joining our Discord, playing on our FiveM server, or making any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify the community of significant changes through our official Discord server.

To access our services you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. By using our store, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

All access is tied to your Discord account and in-game character. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Ensuring all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate and current
• Immediately notifying DeadzoneRP of any unauthorized use of your account

Sharing accounts, purchasing on behalf of others, or allowing others to use your account is done at your own risk. DeadzoneRP is not responsible for any loss resulting from shared account access.

All items sold through the DeadzoneRP Store are virtual, digital goods intended solely for use within the Deadzone Roleplay FiveM server. These items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside of the game.

• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy
• Purchased items may be modified, adjusted, or removed if required for server balance or security
• Purchasing items does not grant immunity from server rules or staff decisions
• We reserve the right to change pricing, package contents, or remove products at any time

Subscription products are charged on a recurring monthly basis to your payment method on file. By subscribing you authorize DeadzoneRP to charge your payment method automatically each month until cancelled.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through your account portal — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days of an active subscription period
• DeadzoneRP reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

All players must adhere to our server rules at all times, regardless of purchase history. Staff members have the authority to issue warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at their discretion. Purchases do not exempt any player from consequences for rule violations.

Staff reserve the right to revoke, modify, or remove any purchased item as part of disciplinary action. No compensation or refund will be issued for items removed due to rule violations.

All content created by DeadzoneRP — including but not limited to server configurations, custom scripts, artwork, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Deadzone Roleplay. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

DeadzoneRP services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or that any particular feature will remain available. Server downtime, wipes, or technical issues may occur and are not grounds for refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeadzoneRP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, game progress, or account access.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. DeadzoneRP reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent chargebacks or malicious conduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.
