Deadzone Roleplay maintains a strict zero-refund policy on all purchases. By completing any transaction on our store, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

All purchases made through the Deadzone Roleplay store โ€” including but not limited to vehicles, vehicle vouchers, Transfer Coins, VIP memberships, monthly subscriptions, bundles, and any other digital goods โ€” are strictly non-refundable.

Purchasing items does not grant immunity from server rules or staff enforcement. All players are held to the same standard regardless of purchase history.

In the unlikely event of server closure, major resets, or significant changes to the game economy, no refunds will be issued. Digital virtual goods are subject to the ongoing operation of the server and are affected by all server-wide changes.
