All purchases made through the Deadzone Roleplay store — including but not limited to vehicles, vehicle vouchers, Transfer Coins, VIP memberships, monthly subscriptions, bundles, and any other digital goods — are strictly non-refundable.

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or fraudulent claim through any payment provider — including Stripe, PayPal, your bank, credit card company, or any other financial institution — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Deadzone Roleplay reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to the relevant payment processor. We take fraud extremely seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies.
Monthly subscription products may be cancelled at any time through your account portal. However:
If you have completed a purchase but have not received your item, you must contact our staff through official support channels within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and deliver your item if the purchase is confirmed.

If your account is banned or suspended for any reason — including rule violations, cheating, hacking, or inappropriate conduct — no refund will be issued for any previously purchased items. Bans and their associated item revocations are final decisions made by DeadzoneRP staff.
Purchasing items does not grant immunity from server rules or staff enforcement. All players are held to the same standard regardless of purchase history.
In the unlikely event of server closure, major resets, or significant changes to the game economy, no refunds will be issued. Digital virtual goods are subject to the ongoing operation of the server and are affected by all server-wide changes.
